Completed a portfolio of聽8 ground-up interior conversions聽of former retail stores into聽immediate care clinics聽for ArchWell Health across Philadelphia. Locations include Melrose, Olney, Germantown, Bridesburg, Cobbs Creek, Strawberry Mansion, Tacony, and Modena Park. Each project involved full interior and exterior renovations, including complete structural refurbishment, and new sewer and water utility tie-ins.
